CISA Year-End Park Cleanup & League Wrap Party Set for October 3
Help us close out the 2026 season the right way — taking care of our diamonds, celebrating another great year of fastpitch, and recognizing the people who made it happen.
With another CISA season coming to a close, the Calgary Industrial Softball Association is inviting our teams and members to come together for our Year-End Park Cleanup and League Wrap Party on Saturday, October 3.
The day will begin at 10:00 AM with our annual cleanup of the diamonds and surrounding grounds. After a full summer of practices, league games, playoffs and tournaments, this is our opportunity to give some time back to the park that serves as the home of fastpitch in Calgary.
Two members from every CISA team are required to attend the cleanup. With everyone pitching in, we can get the work completed efficiently and make sure the grounds are cleaned up, organized and properly prepared for the offseason.

Cleanup Start: 10:00 AM
Location: CISA Diamonds
Team Participation: Minimum of two members from each team
League Wrap Party: Immediately following completion of the park cleanup
Work First — Then We Celebrate
Once the cleanup is finished, it will be time to officially put a bow on the 2026 CISA season.
The CISA Year-End League Wrap Party will follow the cleanup and give players, coaches, volunteers and association members an opportunity to get together away from the competition on the field.
The afternoon will include food and beverages, along with our year-end awards and recognition as we celebrate the teams, players and accomplishments that helped make another season of CISA fastpitch a success.
It is also a chance to recognize the many people who contribute behind the scenes throughout the year — from grounds maintenance and scorekeeping to coaching, officiating, tournament support and the countless volunteer hours that keep our league and diamonds operating.
Many Hands Make Light Work
Maintaining our diamonds is a shared responsibility, and the year-end cleanup is one of the most important volunteer efforts of the season.
We encourage teams to come ready to work, lend a hand wherever needed and help us leave the park in great shape heading into the winter months.
Then, when the work is done, stick around and enjoy the celebration.
Clean up the park. Celebrate the season. Recognize our champions and award winners. Enjoy some food and beverages with the CISA community.
